Every year, my family and I make our annual pilgramige to northern New Mexico for the 3HO Foundation's Summer Solstice event. The event takes place in the high desert at an altitude of close to 8,000 ft. This year, about 2,000 yogis and yoginis from around the world attended to take part in the yoga, the chanting and the celebration. It is a phenomenal event and there is nothing like it in the world.
While the majority of the day is filled with lots of yoga and meditation, the evenings are very celebratory with lots of music, socializing and shopping in the bazaar. Below is a fun video of us performing at the 'Yogi Tea Cafe'compliments of Spirit Voyage Music and Spirit Fest. Enjoy!
