This devotion is a gift, a talent beyond any, that will lead thousands into the lightness of being

She has been singing and playing music from the time she was a young child and has studied both western and eastern classical vocals.  She is an accomplished percussionist and is trained in piano. Simrit is a devoted student, practitioner and teacher of Naad Yoga, the sacred science of sound and consciousness.

Simrit's groundbreaking debut release, The Sweetest Nectar, is available now. Currently, Simrit is touring and working on her second album to be released in the spring/summer of 2011.

"The universe is powered by a central, cosmic vibratory sound.

The useful part of this sound current is called the Naad. This is the mystic force revered by sages and yogis. Simrit has a rare and precious power: She can interlock and interrelate with this sound current and open spaces where prayers are answered.

Simrit sings from a place of spacious happiness and her voice carries the pure sounds of limitless joy and celestial blessings, the enchanting sounds of endless, wondrous possibility."
